Puzzle #8: X Gon' Give It to Ya
Wow, it's been a while! There are so many people doing amazing work in the puzzle constructing space right now, and I've been finding it hard to figure out what I can contribute to a very saturated market. I don't want this blog to die out, though, and I want to keep building my constructing skills, so hopefully you'll see more puzzles here on at least a semi-regular basis from now on!
Anyway, this is a tribute puzzle.
Great theme! 28A had me thinking petticoat or something similar, but the real answer was way funnier.
